Adele 'Rolling In The Deep' Rewrite...

For most holidays spent in the city, a group of 20-30 of us pile into someone's apartment for potluck meals, a tradition we've had for over three years. Along with a delicious meal made up of our favorite family recipes there is always a top 100 song to accompany the occasion. A couple years ago Matt (right) and Joe came up with a thanksgiving song to Kelly Clarkson's 'Since You've Been Gone.' Easter wasn't complete this year without a new addition to their repertoire. Just after thanksgiving my sister gave birth to a little girl, Addison Julie. I have been anxiously awaiting her arrival, to Texas and into my life. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE and ADORE my nephew, but a little girl to dress up...that's a dream come true! We've been shopping for head wear for Addison and I knew exactly what she was in need of!...

Cookie Decorating Contest...

I'm fortunate enough to live in Brooklyn with two lovely roommates and a neighborhood bustling with a handful of our friends. An intentional location in order to live and do life together. Since proximity is in our favor, Monday nights we all eat dinner together...family style. We rotate who is in charge of hosting and cooking. Last night we had our holiday dinner, which included a cooking decorating competition and white elephant gift exchange.
